DiCaPac – the ultimate buddy of the beach bum wannabes!

After reading articles and blogs about Coron, Palawan, there’s always this one thing that almost everyone suggest for you to have… an UNDERWATER CAMERA or WATERPROOF CAMERA CASE! A super must-have!

So, why is that? Here’s why…

Coron, Palawan is not just blessed with majestic limestone mountains and picturistic views but also with beautiful underwater scenery. After seeing all the underwater pictures others have taken, we just couldn’t bare having that regret of not being able to capture such beauty from our own camera! So, we started searching malls in Cavite, Muntinlupa and even Mall of Asia but came back empty handed and frustrated! We didn’t expect this to be such a pain in the ass! We even came to a point that expensive brand new underwater camera sounded enticing! haha!

So I began searching the ever-reliable World Wide Web and came across this piece of hope… DiCaPac.

It’s a waterproof casing especially designed for different kinds of camera and even other gadgets. You can choose from wide variety of casings they offer, from digicams to semi-pros to DSLRs to ipads and phones etc., name your size and they have it! Hallelujah!

TIP: they have tips on how to choose the right casing for your gadget on their website so better get your gadget’s stats and checked that out for you to know which DiCaPac model fits your gadget.

Unfortunately, this stuff is rare and is not readily available at your regular market. But hey! In the name of those marvelous underwater pictures, searching and travelling is no issue! So, from Dasmariñas, Cavite we went all the way to Pasong Tamo Makati just to buy this rare gem.

JT Photoworld Inc,
World-Aire Building
1082 Pasong Tamo St., Makati City
(near Philippine Daily Inquirer)
Contact numbers: (02) 8972561/ (02) 8995018

TIP: It is better for you to call them first before going to their store. In that way you’ll be sure that the item is available and your efforts will not go to waste.

Another good thing about this stuff is that it makes your camera/gadget float while you’re in water! Cool right? So you don’t have to worry about your gadget sinking to seabed.

Now you can enjoy your camera above and underwater! No need to settle on those crappy, limited disposable cameras haha! It’s fun, it’s safe and it doesn’t cost as much as buying a brand new underwater camera!

Hope you’ll find this helpful.
Enjoy life and much love! =)
